if the senate did not do their home work since 2015 ,and spring 2017 to be ready ;it should be dissolved.
1 year was enough to start to cooperate with the government.

Stephen Harper and even Trudeau got the idea ,the senate was useless and sould disappear
-Very slow institution generous salaries and benefices when Canadians families are struggling to eat and pay their bills.

Senate audit show not an efficient institution and many abuses ,breach of strut/

thank you folr the government to get rid off of an institution that do not produce positive and beneficial result for the public,
it is useless.
